Hi! I’m Melissa, I am the heart, owner, treat maker, event planner, social media manager, cleaner, stocker, and pretty much the entire team behind Maizie’s Dog House. What started as a dream to spend more time with my own dog, Maizie, has turned into a mobile dog treat trailer where pups are always the VIPs. My favourite part of every day is watching dogs excitement when they see the trailer and me with their tails wagging and happy dances.
When I’m not serving Woofle Cones and homemade treats, you’ll usually find me at an off-leash park with my dogs, hiking, working out, planning our next event, or coming up with new ways to spoil your pups.
I have a soft spot for Bernese Mountain Dogs (although let’s be honest, I love every dog I meet!), and there’s a very good chance I have more photos of dogs than people on my phone… many of them belonging to dogs whose owners I only met for five minute.
Thank you for supporting this little dream that started because one extraordinary dog changed my life. Maizie’s Dog House truly is my heart and soul, and I’m so grateful you’re part of the journey.

At Maizie’s Dog House, this little dream has always been about more than just treats, it’s about family, connection, and creating something meaningful together.
Will is the steady support behind so much of what we do. From helping bring ideas to life, grounding me through the chaos, offering inspiration, and cheering this dream on every step of the way, Maizie’s Dog House wouldn’t be what it is without him and the love he gives me and the business.
And then there’s Kenora, our tiny treat helper with some very important responsibilities. From helping inside the trailer, sharing her creative ideas for new treats, and making sure everything passes her official taste-testing standards, she brings so much joy, personality, and heart into what we create.
Together, they help make Maizie’s Dog House feel like home, for both the humans and the floofs. 🐾
